H-E-B opened its first Manor store in October 2025 with nearly 400 partners, Walmart stands on the same east side and Manor Medical Center broke ground in 2013, so ads for clinics, auto care, salons and restaurants near US 290 and FM 973 reach people already running errands. Factories at a distance, such as the Tesla Gigafactory to the southwest and Samsung to the north, draw workers who live in Manor but do not buy in town unless they see a local option.
Travis County crowds several categories that advertise heavily. It has 1,265 law offices (3.3 times typical), 1,228 real estate agents and brokers (3.7 times, up 59.9%), 136 roofing contractors (1.75 times, up 44.7%), 640 dentists (1.72 times) and 266 accounting firms (1.65 times). A small advertiser based in Manor should not try to match an Austin firm on breadth; it wins by naming Manor, using a narrower radius and showing a landing page with a local address and real photos.
