Great Wolf Lodge is open in the 80-acre Flyway district, with about nine parcels still available in March 2026, and Community Impact listed an amphitheater, IKEA and a Sprouts store among planned projects. Space Center Houston, the visitor center at the Johnson Space Center, receives more than 1 million visitors per year. Hotels, diners and attractions in this area sell to people who may have never heard of Webster before booking.
Schools and neighborhoods fill in the rest. Clear Creek ISD serves the city entirely, the 1,600-acre Midline development west of the border expects 2,800 homes, and Baybrook Mall sits in Houston, so some of the shoppers nearby will never be Webster residents. Crowded categories reward specificity: one service, one road, one landing page and a call log that proves what works.
